<TITLE>12. Par 51-54</TITLE>L-51 The boy's married and got two children now. What is it? See, it depends on what you're looking at. Don't look at the symptoms. If you fulfill what God said, believe it. That settles it. He's done it. That finishes it. It's all over. The boy never changed for three or four days later, but he got well, 'cause that father and mother wouldn't have nothing else on their mind. They wouldn't let the devil put his trash in their mind. They stayed right with it, and they held it. And he lives. He's a missionary in Africa tonight with two children.
Would you like to know who that was? That's Bob Bosworth. That's exactly who it is, old Dr. Bosworth's boy. Now, there you are.

L-52 Now. This preacher... And I've always thought of people having symptoms... If anybody had a right to have symptoms it was Jonah. Now, he was... So now you want to think he's backslid? He's got his hands tied behind him, his feet tied. He's in the belly of the whale, probably forty fathoms under the water, with a storm on top. Every which way he looked, it was whale's belly, laying there in that vomit, looking all around. If he looked this way, it was whale's belly; that way was whale's belly. Everywhere he looked it was whale's belly.
And he knowed that he was in the bottom of the sea. The fish had swallowed him, went down at the bottom on the sea. And there was a storm on the ocean, when he wasn't even safe in the ship up there. And here he is in the belly of the whale. Now, he had a good case of symptoms; he could've had. But you know what he said? "They are lying vanities. I will not believe it."
You can't hide a saint from his prayer, no matter... David said, "I make my bed in hell, He will be there." That's right.

L-53 Now, he believed that when Solomon dedicated that temple, and prayed, and said, "Lord, if Thy people be in trouble anywhere, and look towards this temple and pray, then hear from heaven."
He turned over on his back, the best direction he could get which was east, north, west, or south, towards that temple, and begin to pray. Oh, my. And God, by that kind of faith... I don't know what He did. You scientists want to argue about it. I don't know. He could've put a oxygen tent down there, for all I know. I don't know what He done, but He kept him alive for three days and nights.
And the man that prayed that prayer, Solomon, finally backslid, and the temple was tore down. And if Jonah, under those circumstances with that kind of a symptoms that he could've had, refused to have it, how ought we tonight? When we don't look towards a temple that a man dedicated, we don't look towards a man that backslid, but we look towards heaven, where Jesus sets at the right hand of God in the majesty on high, ever living to make intercessions upon anything that we confess that He's done.
God's able to provide a oxygen tent or whatever it takes. He's still Jehovah-jireh. The Lord will provide for Himself whatever He has need of.

L-54 What... Then we see people over the earth being healed everywhere, and taken care of like that; and then human... A little bit of symptom, "My finger ain't no better; my tummy still hurts." What difference does that make? Don't look to your tummy; look to what God said. God made the promise. It's God's business to take care of it.
